Our Wellness Studio uses a closed Hydrotherpy system (TGA approved) ensuring every client has the most comfortable & personable experience, as well as achieving the best results in each session.
As the gut holds onto all of our unprocessed trauma, sessions are much more than just a physical experience, our clinic is a safe place to release more than waste.
Our aim is to provide affordable natural health options & solutions to people of all ages, sizes, backgrounds & genders.

Dream Big Life Wellness Studio is the culmination of something I’ve carried in my heart for years: a longing to support people in feeling lighter, clearer, healthier, and more grounded within themselves.
But before I became a Colon Hydrotherapist…
Before Dream Big Life was even an idea…
There was simply a woman who loved helping people, who understood struggle, who believed in growth, and who was searching for a way to make a meaningful difference.
A Little More About Me
I’m a mum, a wife, a health and wellness professional, an entrepreneur, and an adventure lover. I’m someone who believes deeply in personal growth — in saying yes to opportunities even when they’re scary, and in trusting that when we take care of our body, our life begins to open.
I’m the woman who loves to run, hikes mountains, signs up for Kokoda, pushes herself outside her comfort zone, and then turns around and holds the hand of someone beginning their own journey.
I’m gentle, but determined.
Soft, but strong.
Curious, but grounded.
And I care — deeply — about people.

Why I Chose Colon Hydrotherapy
I have spent years exploring health, nutrition, and wellness — always drawn to the feeling of coming back home to myself.
I was fascinated by the gut and how strongly it influences mood, energy, inflammation, clarity, hormones, and even how we experience life.
When I discovered colon hydrotherapy, something clicked instantly.
It wasn’t just a treatment — it was a missing piece.
I experienced firsthand how powerful this gentle, supportive therapy can be, and I knew I wanted to bring this transformation to other people.
