BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take a moment to read our booking and cancellation policy as there are no absolutely no exceptions.
No shows and cancellations mean that clients in need miss out on appointments, and we are out of pocket on our therapist’s time. As we are fully booked most days our time is limited and valuable, just as we know yours is.
Please Note
Full payment must be paid to secure your booking (either through PayPal or Credit/Debit Card)
Once you have booked and paid for your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure you enter your details carefully and correctly. You will also receive a reminder email a few hours before your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. You may need to fill out a New Client form.
The booking payment will not be refunded on any appointments that cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
No shows, or cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment, will not be refunded.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment it will be considered a cancellation within 1 hour.
If you are late to your appointment and we are still able to treat you, your session may be shortened. However, you will still be charged the full fee.
If you have a session pack, and cancel without 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your session. Session packs are non-refundable.
A maximum of 2 reschedules will be allowed before the booking fee is forfeited, on the provision that 24 hours notice is given to reschedule.

We do not manage bookings through social media channels. If you message us your appointment will not be changed. Please contact us via phone or email.
